1500 Regular Cab 2WD is a 2-door, 3-passenger
full size pickup, available in 4 trims, ranging
from the Work Truck Standard Box to the SLE1
Long Box.
Upon introduction, the Work Truck Standard
Box is equipped with a standard 4.3-liter, V6,
195-horsepower engine. The SLE1 Long Box is
equipped with a standard 4.8-liter, V8, 295-horsepower
engine. A 4-speed automatic transmission with
overdrive is standard on both trims.
The 2008 Sierra 1500 Regular Cab 2WD is a carryover
from 2007.
