The 2008 FX35 is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sport-utility, available in two trims, the 2WD and the AWD.

Upon introduction, both trims are equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 275-horsepower engine. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.
